Thank you for shopping with us! Please review our shipping policy for both physical and digital products. We currently only ship physical items to the United States.

1. Shipping for Physical Items:

• All physical items, including paperbacks, are shipped via USPS Ground or Media Mail.

• Orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days unless otherwise specified in the product listing.

• Shipping times vary based on the destination and chosen shipping method.

2. Shipping for Digital Products (E-books):

• E-books are delivered immediately upon purchase via Bookfunnel.

• You will receive an email with a download link to access your e-book. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam or junk folder or contact us for assistance.

3. Shipping Delays and Issues:

• We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier or other external factors. If you encounter any issues with delivery, please reach out to us at toni@tonidenisebooks.com.
