All e-book purchases are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for e-books under any circumstances.
2. Paperbacks:

We only replace paperbacks that arrive damaged or defective. If your paperback arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:

A clear photo of the damaged item

A description of the issue

Your order number

If your claim is approved, we will send a replacement copy of the same title.
3. No Returns or Refunds:

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for any physical or digital products.
